How to Use the Omron BF511

Using the Omron BF511 is straightforward and quick:

1. Step barefoot on the device, placing your feet on the metal foot electrodes.

2. Grip the hand sensors to activate the 8-sensor system.

3. Select your user profile or enter new data (height, age, gender).

4. The device first measures your weight, then calculates:

   • Body fat percentage

   • Muscle mass

   • Visceral fat level

   • BMI

   • Resting metabolism

All values are displayed on the large LCD screen. The last measurement is saved automatically. No app or Wi-Fi needed – everything is built into the device.
